1. Cancellation and Refunds:
– You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days from the delivery date, either by email or in writing.
– To initiate a cancellation, please get in touch with us with your order details.
– We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition.
– A charge of £79 per order applies for delivery and collection fees.
– Refunds will be issued for the price of the goods, including any delivery costs.

2. Unwanted Goods/Wrongly Ordered:
– Unwanted goods may be returned within fourteen days of delivery.
– Goods will be collected at a charge of £79 per order.
– Exchanges are subject to a redelivery charge of £39.
– Goods must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods:
– Damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt of goods.
– Please check packages upon delivery and sign them as “damaged” if necessary.
– If goods are signed for and later found damaged, replacement and redelivery costs apply.
– Goods must be repackaged sufficiently for collection or exchange.

4. Comfort Issues:
– Goods cannot be returned for comfort issues; this is not classified as a fault.
